Lucidao purpose is to bridge the crypto and real worlds throughout an open and decentralized protocol governed by its community members. With this vision in mind, Lucidao was born as a DAO aiming to connect crypto communities, traditional business owners (oracles), top-notch technologies and the liquidity given by the DeFi market.
Since its early conception, Lucidao project has been established and analysed following a rigorous regulatory analysis process together with the renowned Swiss law firm MME which specializes in legal advice for digital and blockchain-based business models (dApps, protocols, DAOs, NFTs and others).
According to the Swiss financial market law and ICO guidelines, in its current configuration the Lucidao token qualifies as a utility token. In a continuous effort of maintaining the protocol open and compliant with the Swiss law, Lucidao will keep on evaluating the evolution of the governance along with the developed dApps and all the future potential digital artefacts that will be developed.
After the first four project phases have been reached (see whitepaper) Lucidao is now equipped and ready to propose, develop and deploy the first DeFi applications.
